Product Research And Supply Inc. (PRAS) was established in 2002 to support business process documentation, automation and quality system implementation within the aerospace machining job shop environment. We have successfully guided our clients through the various iterations of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 including transition to the current ISO 9001:2015, AS9100 Rev. D standard.
Over the years our scope has evolved to encompass expertise within the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), WSIB, Health & Safety, and Human Resources. We offer technical writing, training and audit preparation services to support the operations of small, medium size enterprizes (SME) within Ontario, Canada.
Graphic Communications Management
Our company founder, Yevgenia Casale, graduated with a Commercial Arts Certificate from George Brown College and a Bachelors of Technology in Graphic Communications Management, from Ryerson Polytechnic University. Before embracing her entrepreneurial nature, she honed her project co-ordination, project management and sales support skills with PG Communications, Xerox Business Services, Canon Canada, DATA Group of Companies and CMiC.

Technical Writing
